Joel has lived in Richmond most of his life, is a VCU graduate, and worked in engineering before answering God's call to vocational ministry. He and Nikki have been married for 24 years and have two teenage daughters. Joel is passionate about the church's Spirit-driven and Christ-centered mission to make disciples of all nations. He is a musician and plays guitar in several local bands.

Steven, originally from West Virginia, now lives in North Chesterfield with his lovely wife Shannon and their two kids Luke and Avery. Steven loves music (especially hip hop) and really enjoys getting to know people. He oversees the coordination of our Sunday morning services, while also supporting our youth ministry and managing other church operations.

Gavin was born in Pennsylvania and now lives in Colonial Heights. He enjoys reading and collecting vinyl records. Gavin coordinates the youth ministry and is involved in the Young Adults ministry, where he loves creating safe, welcoming spaces for young people to explore and grow in their faith.

Linda has lived in Virginia her entire life, graduating from Thomas Dale High School, James Madison University, and Virginia Tech. She became a follower of Jesus in middle school and has served in various capacities including event coordination, discipleship, prayer and missions. She owned Sapphire Ballroom & Dance Center in Christiansburg before returning to Chester in 2015. She and her husband, Dail, have 4 children: Mallory, Elliott, Tyler and Keenan. Joining New Creation has been an amazing blessing for her family, and she is happy to serve as part-time Admin Coordinator.

Stella is a junior at Shenandoah Conservatory studying Music Composition. At New Creation, she coordinates and leads all music rehearsals, arranges and composes original pieces for worship, and leads a young women's book study for high school and college-age girls. Trained in voice and having played piano for over 12 years, she brings extensive experience in performance, arrangement, and musical direction. She is intentional about serving college-age women and doing all things to the glory of the Lord.
